3 Google API Integrations & Third-Party Services

LocalWizard connects with Google APIs (including Google Business Profile API and Google Search Console API) to manage listings, extract insights, and display performance metrics.

  • User Authorization: You explicitly authorize LocalWizard to access and manage your Google account data strictly within the permissions you grant.
  • Compliance: Our use of information received from Google APIs complies fully with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
  • Revocation: You can disconnect your Google account inside LocalWizard at any time or revoke access via Google Security Settings.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in prohibited activities on the platform, including:

  • Violating search engine guidelines, spamming, or submitting deceptive review requests.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the LocalWizard software.
  • Interfering with system security, API rate limits, or network integrity.

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All software, algorithms, designs, logos, and materials provided on LocalWizard are the intellectual property of LocalWizard. You retain full ownership of the raw business data and content you upload.

6 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

LocalWizard is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee specific ranking results or sales volumes on third-party platforms such as Google Search or Maps. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalWizard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse connected API endpoints. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard settings.
